I once heard that having a loving mother and having a good relationship with your mother is like winning the lottery. If this is so, then I hit the biggest jackpot in the world! My mom is the nicest, sweetest, smartest, and the most spiritual, talented, and loving person I know.
Here are the top ten reasons why she is the greatest...
10. Her hugs are magical and make any bad day quickly disappear.
9. She makes it known that she will forever be one of my best friends. Her play dates with me always made my girl drama with friends go away. She was famous for randomly checking me out of school just to go shopping because she was bored and wanted to play with me. :)
8. She was always so supportive of anything I ever wanted to be and do. She is still this way and always helps me to see the light at the end of the tunnel or the blessings to my trials. She sacrificed much of her time to run me to soccer games and track meets my whole life.
7. She loves my dad very much and always made this clear to me and my siblings growing up. This made a difference in my life.
6. She makes the best fruit smoothies, fried chicken, chicken alfredo, cherry pie, grilled chicken, chicken enchiladas, mashed potatoes, sunday roast, sack lunches (especially for field trips) and the list goes on and on and on.
5. She always made sure we had the cutest clothes for the first day of school, the prettiest dress for Prom, fulfilled our wants and then some each Christmas, and made our house the place all of the friends wanted to be.
4. Traditions... Fried Green Tomatoes, Hunting = Anne of Green Gables, Favorite Things, Road Trips, Cherry picking in the summers...
3. She can carry on a conversation with anyone because she is just that friendly. I have to have a full-on conversation with her at least once a day otherwise my day just doesn't go right.
2. She loves the gospel very much and her spirit radiates. She is constantly reading her scriptures, sharing her testimony, and serving others.
1. She loves me so much and shows it! She understands me like no one else does. She even knew when I had kissed someone just by the look on my face. We can have several silent conversations just cuz she can read my mind! Must be a mother's love.
I would not be the person I am today if it wasn't for my mom! I love you more mom!
P.S. My mom is better than yours! :)

Thats so sweet Lauren, we are all lucky to Kaylee in our lives!
AHHH!!! You are so sweet. The funny thing about being a mom is you never feel adequate. I have always felt God blessed me with exceptional children because I wouldn't have been able to make it through any other way. When I was a child and people would ask me what I wanted to be, I always said I wanted to be a mom. I have lived my dream and it has been beautiful. I love you!!!
