Friends and Fondu

Caleb and I love chillin' with our friends. It's not uncommon to come home from work and have a ticket to ride tournament, join in on the wednesday movie club, which by the way isn't always on wednesdays, make dinner together, or even sit and watch our favorite t.v. series. We are overly lucky and blessed to have the friends we have. Despite all of the game hate we have developed for each other, our nights usually end in laughter and a comment like..."when can you hang out again?" Friday night we decided to spice things up, or maybe it would be better put if I said "sweeten things up", and try out Elliot and Emily's fondu maker. There's nothing better than rice crispy treats, strawberries, pretzels, marshmallows, bananas, and of course CHOCOLATE! A fondu maker is now on my "needs" list.

We tried hard to make it look pretty. :)

Thanks Elliot, Emily, Danny and Jes for all of the great times!

Miss Kelly Clarkson

The sisters and I had a fabulous time at the Kelly Clarkson concert on Thursday. Lucky us, the soggy rain even decided to take a hike and go around the event. We enjoyed nachos, dr. pepper, chirros, and of course our favorite muse of Miss Clarkson. Miss Clarkson has a true and amazing talent. We all love her music and had a great time dancing and singing our hearts out. It's been way too long since I've been to a concert like this and even longer since all of the five girls have been together to share a moment like this. Shay and D, the divas of the family, pushed their way through the crowds to get us right in front of the stage. Thanks to the boys of the family, and mom, for taking on the kids for an evening so the girls could shake our booties one more time.

Coolest thing ever. As soon as the rockstar began to sing, a double rainbow formed behind the stage.

Aubrey, D, and Shay prepared for the weather in style!

My favorite part of the concert was when she sang "My Life Would Suck Without You." Thanks for the party girls! Love you!
